It's 2008 people. And we have big plans.
A few new things that we are looking forward to in the new year:
1. We're learning how to salsa. That's big!
2. We're going to be putting the condo on the market! (That's bigger!)
3. We're looking for a fabulous, bigger and better NEW place to buy (that's the biggest)
Of course, we both want to be happy and healthy in the new year, but the housing situation is the big deal. We'll continue to post as much as we can to keep you updated on our progress and we go through the motions of buying and selling in this questionable market. We're really excited about what lies ahead, and look forward to our first housewarming party.
A few obvious questions, answered:
1. We are going to stay in the city
2. Ideally, we'd love to stay in Lincoln Square
3. We have a bunch of great recommendations for real estate agents !
4. We've been pre-approved for a very generous amount for our loan. Now, the question is how much we actually want to borrow!
5. No, we aren't having babies yet.
Do you know anyone who would like to move into a slightly lived-in 600 sq. ft condo? If so, we'll cut them a deal!!!
