Birthday Boy

It's been a long month of celebrating Bennett's first birthday. The last of the parties happened this weekend in Boston. It was a whirlwind visit with lots of excitement (and very little sleep). Thanks to everyone who came by to help us celebrate. It's wonderful to get together and share the happy moments in our lives. The birthday boy had a great time.

Rocking' out

This weekend, we all went to a local live music venue called Beat Kitchen for an all girls punk rock kids music band. You read that correctly - punk rock kids music. Apparently, a group of moms all got together after deciding that kids music is lame, and gave the classics a makeover. A punk-rock-over. It was super fun and after the first few minutes of being totally overwhelmed, B got into it - shaking his container of Cheerios like a tambourine.

Happy Passover

Hope you all had a great Passover. We enjoyed it with friends. Bennett
was a big fan of the festive silver but wasn't able to get through the
four questions without the giggles. So mommy read them instead. First
time ever that she was the youngest!
